### sec.313 Proof of adoptions
This section applies to a proceeding in a court in Queensland.
A certificate purporting to be signed by a registrar of a court in Queensland or elsewhere stating that a stated document is an adoption order of the court, or a copy of or extract from an adoption order of the court, is evidence of the matter.
A certificate purporting to be signed by an appropriate officer stating that a stated document is a copy of an entry in a register relating to adoptions under a law of another jurisdiction, or an extract from the register or statement of information recorded in the register, is evidence of the matter.
In this section—
adoption order includes any court order relating to an adoption.
appropriate officer , in relation to a register relating to adoptions under a law of another jurisdiction, means an officer in that jurisdiction with responsibility under the law for keeping the register.
(sec.313-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding in a court in Queensland.
(sec.313-ssec.2) A certificate purporting to be signed by a registrar of a court in Queensland or elsewhere stating that a stated document is an adoption order of the court, or a copy of or extract from an adoption order of the court, is evidence of the matter.
