### sec.307C Object of pt 14A
The object of this part is to provide for the tribunal—
to make decisions, in a review about the eligibility or suitability of a prospective adoptive parent, that promote the welfare and interests of children who may be adopted by them; and
to conduct adoption proceedings in a way that uses adversarial and inquisitorial procedures, as appropriate, to arrive at the best possible decision in the circumstances; and
to foster an atmosphere of review that enhances the delivery of adoption services to children.
