### sec.289 Chief executive must notify registrar
This section applies if—
the Childrens Court makes a final adoption order; or
the Supreme Court makes an order discharging a final adoption order.
As soon as practicable after the order is made, the chief executive must give notice of the order to the registrar.
(sec.289-ssec.1) This section applies if— the Childrens Court makes a final adoption order; or the Supreme Court makes an order discharging a final adoption order.
(sec.289-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after the order is made, the chief executive must give notice of the order to the registrar.
- (a) the Childrens Court makes a final adoption order; or
- (b) the Supreme Court makes an order discharging a final adoption order.
