### sec.284 Receipt and review of documents A participant (the sender ) may give a document to the chief executive to pass on to another participant (the addressee ). Unless, under section 282 , the sender may exchange identifying information with the addressee, the chief executive must review the document to ensure it contains only non-identifying information. The chief executive must also review the document to ensure it does not contain anything the chief executive considers— may be distressing for the addressee; or is abusive, offensive or intended to intimidate, harass or threaten the addressee ( concerning matter ). (sec.284-ssec.1) A participant (the sender ) may give a document to the chief executive to pass on to another participant (the addressee ).
