### sec.22 Parents to be given consent documents The chief executive must give to each of the child’s parents— a document showing the contents of the approved form for section 18 ; and a document that the parent may use to revoke consent given by the parent to the child’s adoption. - (a) a document showing the contents of the approved form for section 18 ; and - (b) a document that the parent may use to revoke consent given by the parent to the child’s adoption.
