### sec.209 Notice of order
As soon as practicable after a final adoption order is made, the chief executive must—
give to the parties to the proceeding—
a copy of the order; and
a notice explaining the terms and effect of the order; and
give a notice explaining the terms and effect of the order to each person who has given consent to the adoption under part 2 .
