### sec.195 Application for interim order
This section applies if—
the Childrens Court makes an order under section 194 (1) ; and
the chief executive selects new prospective adoptive parents from the suitable adoptive parents register.
See section 152 (2) .
The chief executive may apply to the Childrens Court for an interim order for the adoption of the child by the prospective adoptive parents.
The chief executive must serve a copy of the application on the prospective adoptive parents and the competent authority.
The prospective adoptive parents are respondents in the proceeding.
(sec.195-ssec.1) This section applies if— the Childrens Court makes an order under section 194 (1) ; and the chief executive selects new prospective adoptive parents from the suitable adoptive parents register. See section 152 (2) .
(sec.195-ssec.2) The chief executive may apply to the Childrens Court for an interim order for the adoption of the child by the prospective adoptive parents.
(sec.195-ssec.3) The chief executive must serve a copy of the application on the prospective adoptive parents and the competent authority.
(sec.195-ssec.4) The prospective adoptive parents are respondents in the proceeding.
