### sec.190 Notice of order
As soon as practicable after an adoption order is made, the chief executive must—
give to the parties to the proceeding—
a copy of the order; and
a notice explaining its terms and effect; and
give to each person who consented to the adoption under part 2 a notice stating that the order has been made and explaining its terms and effect.
Subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a person whom the chief executive can not locate after making all reasonable enquiries.
