### sec.176 Particular documents not to be served on prospective adoptive parents
In a proceeding under this part—
the chief executive must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document mentioned in section 175 (3) ; and
a party must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document relating to the giving of consent by a parent of the child.
Subsection (1) applies despite a rule of court or other law.
(sec.176-ssec.1) In a proceeding under this part— the chief executive must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document mentioned in section 175 (3) ; and a party must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document relating to the giving of consent by a parent of the child.
