### sec.150 Consequence of successful appeal
This section applies if, on appeal, a Magistrates Court sets aside the police commissioner’s decision under section 147 that information given to the chief executive about the investigated person (the relevant information ) is investigative information.
If the chief executive has decided the person is not suitable, the chief executive must set aside that decision and re-assess the person under this part.
An assessment of the person under this part must be carried out without regard to the relevant information.
(sec.150-ssec.1) This section applies if, on appeal, a Magistrates Court sets aside the police commissioner’s decision under section 147 that information given to the chief executive about the investigated person (the relevant information ) is investigative information.
