### sec.143 Notice of re-assessment
Before starting the re-assessment, the chief executive must give the person a notice stating—
that the person is being re-assessed; and
the reasons for the re-assessment; and
the matters relating to the person’s suitability that are to be considered in the re-assessment.
- (a) that the person is being re-assessed; and
- (b) the reasons for the re-assessment; and
- (c) the matters relating to the person’s suitability that are to be considered in the re-assessment.
