### sec.124 Capacity to be adoptive parent generally
The chief executive must have regard to the person’s capacity to be an adoptive parent, including—
the person’s psychological capacity and other personal qualities; and
the person’s financial stability and other financial capacity; and
the person’s willingness and ability to ensure a child’s safety and wellbeing; and
anything else relevant to the person’s capacity to provide for a child’s emotional, physical, educational, recreational and social needs.
