### sec.108 Joint assessment of a couple
If a person being assessed has a spouse, the assessment must be made of the person and the person’s spouse jointly.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a person being assessed after making an application under part 5 .
(sec.108-ssec.1) If a person being assessed has a spouse, the assessment must be made of the person and the person’s spouse jointly.
