### sec.55 References to s 36, 48A or 49 This section applies to references made before the commencement in an instrument. If the context permits, from the commencement— a reference to section 36 of this Act is taken to include a reference to schedule 1 of this Act; and a reference to section 48A of this Act is taken to be a reference to section 49 of this Act; and a reference to section 49 of this Act is taken to be a reference to section 48A of this Act. s 55 ins 2013 No. 39 s 55 (sec.55-ssec.1) This section applies to references made before the commencement in an instrument.
