### sec.53 Transitional—extrinsic material—speech in Legislative Assembly
This section applies in relation to a Bill introduced in the Legislative Assembly before the commencement of this section.
A reference in section 14B(3), definition extrinsic material , paragraph (f) to a speech made to the Legislative Assembly by the member when introducing the Bill is taken to be a reference to a speech made to the Legislative Assembly by the member in moving a motion that the Bill be read a second time.
