### sec.50 Making or amendment of subordinate legislation by an Act
The making or amendment of subordinate legislation by an Act does not affect—
the power of the empowered entity for the subordinate legislation to amend or further amend the subordinate legislation or to repeal it; or
for subordinate legislation required under a law to be approved by another entity—the power of the other entity to approve, or to disapprove, an amendment or further amendment of the subordinate legislation or the repeal of it.
In this section—
approve means approve, confirm or otherwise consent to.
disapprove means disapprove or otherwise disallow.
empowered entity , for subordinate legislation, means the entity empowered under a law to make the subordinate legislation.

(sec.50-ssec.1) The making or amendment of subordinate legislation by an Act does not affect— the power of the empowered entity for the subordinate legislation to amend or further amend the subordinate legislation or to repeal it; or for subordinate legislation required under a law to be approved by another entity—the power of the other entity to approve, or to disapprove, an amendment or further amendment of the subordinate legislation or the repeal of it.
(sec.50-ssec.2) In this section— approve means approve, confirm or otherwise consent to. disapprove means disapprove or otherwise disallow. empowered entity , for subordinate legislation, means the entity empowered under a law to make the subordinate legislation.
- (a) the power of the empowered entity for the subordinate legislation to amend or further amend the subordinate legislation or to repeal it; or
- (b) for subordinate legislation required under a law to be approved by another entity—the power of the other entity to approve, or to disapprove, an amendment or further amendment of the subordinate legislation or the repeal of it.
