### sec.35 References to Queensland to be implied In an Act— a reference to an officer, office or entity is a reference to such an officer, office or entity in and for Queensland; and a reference to a locality, jurisdiction or other thing is a reference to such a locality, jurisdiction or other thing in and of Queensland.
