### sec.32E Production of records kept in computers etc. If a person who keeps a record of information by way of a mechanical, electronic or other device is required by or under an Act— to produce the information or a document containing the information to a court, tribunal or person; or to make a document containing the information available for inspection by a court, tribunal or person; then, unless the court, tribunal or person otherwise directs— the requirement obliges the person to produce or make available for inspection, as the case may be, a document that reproduces the information in a form capable of being understood by the court, tribunal or person; and the production to the court, tribunal or person of the document in that form complies with the requirement. s 32E ins 1991 No. 30 s 26 amd 1993 No. 32 s 3 sch 1 - (a) to produce the information or a document containing the information to a court, tribunal or person; or - (b) to make a document containing the information available for inspection by a court, tribunal or person; - (c) the requirement obliges the person to produce or make available for inspection, as the case may be, a document that reproduces the information in a form capable of being understood by the court, tribunal or person; and - (d) the production to the court, tribunal or person of the document in that form complies with the requirement.
