### sec.32AB Terms defined both in this Act and another Act
If—
a word or expression is defined non-exhaustively for the purposes of an Act other than this Act (the non-exhaustive definition ); and
the word or expression is also defined in this Act (the Interpretation Act definition );
then, for the purposes of the first Act—
the non-exhaustive definition does not exclude or limit, but may extend, the meaning of the word or expression given by the Interpretation Act definition; and
the non-exhaustive and Interpretation Act definitions are to be read in the context of each other and the other provisions of the first Act, but, if the definitions so read are inconsistent, the Interpretation Act definition is displaced.

- (a) a word or expression is defined non-exhaustively for the purposes of an Act other than this Act (the non-exhaustive definition ); and
