### sec.22B Amendment to be made wherever possible in provision If an Act amends a provision of a law— by omitting a word; or by omitting a word and inserting another word; or by inserting a word before or after a particular word; the amendment is to be made wherever possible in the provision. s 22B ins 1993 No. 32 s 3 sch 1 - (a) by omitting a word; or - (b) by omitting a word and inserting another word; or - (c) by inserting a word before or after a particular word;
