### sec.15C Commencement of citation and commencement provisions on date of assent etc.
The provisions of an Act providing for its citation and commencement commence on the date of assent by force of this subsection.
A reference in an Act to the commencement of the Act , or another Act, (the Act concerned ), is a reference to—
if the provisions of the Act concerned (other than those providing for its citation and commencement) commence, or are required to commence, on a single day or at a single time—the commencement of the remaining provisions; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply and the reference is in a provision of the Act concerned—the commencement of the provision; or
in any other case—the commencement of the relevant provision of the Act concerned.
Subsection (1) applies to an Act despite anything in the Act unless the Act expressly provides that it does not apply.
A reference in this section to the provisions of an Act providing for its citation includes a reference to the Act ’s long title.

(sec.15C-ssec.1) The provisions of an Act providing for its citation and commencement commence on the date of assent by force of this subsection.
(sec.15C-ssec.2) A reference in an Act to the commencement of the Act , or another Act, (the Act concerned ), is a reference to— if the provisions of the Act concerned (other than those providing for its citation and commencement) commence, or are required to commence, on a single day or at a single time—the commencement of the remaining provisions; or if paragraph (a) does not apply and the reference is in a provision of the Act concerned—the commencement of the provision; or in any other case—the commencement of the relevant provision of the Act concerned.
(sec.15C-ssec.3) Subsection (1) applies to an Act despite anything in the Act unless the Act expressly provides that it does not apply.

- (c) in any other case—the commencement of the relevant provision of the Act concerned.
