### sec.14J References to repealed or expired laws
If an Act refers to another law as repealed or expired, the reference is to the other law as in force immediately before it was repealed or expired.
The ‘repealed ABC Act 1950 ’ is a reference to the ABC Act 1950 as in force immediately before it was repealed.
In this section—
law includes a law of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory.
