### sec.49 Applications under previous section 9(2) This section applies if— before the commencement, a constructing authority applied to the Minister for land to be taken under previous section 9(2); and on the commencement, the land the subject of the application had not been taken under this Act. Section 9, as in force immediately after the commencement, applies to the application.
