### sec.42 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may from time to time make regulations not inconsistent with this Act providing for all or any purposes, whether general or to meet particular cases, that may be necessary or convenient for the administration of this Act or for carrying out the objects and purposes of this Act.
A regulation may be made prescribing a penalty, but not exceeding in any case 1 penalty unit, for any contravention of or failure to comply with that or any other regulation.
A regulation may be made about fees payable under this Act.
