### sec.26 Jurisdiction relating to compensation The Land Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters relating to compensation under this Act. The decision (whether of the Land Court constituted by a single member or, as the case may be, the Land Appeal Court) shall be in writing and the registrar of the Land Court shall transmit the decision to the registrar of the Supreme Court, who shall cause the same to be filed in the registry of the latter court. The decision— shall be final as regards the amount of compensation awarded; and unless the amount shall have been paid into the Supreme Court pursuant to section 29 , shall be final for all purposes and have the effect of a judgment of the Supreme Court and may be enforced accordingly. Where, pursuant to section 29 , the amount of compensation awarded is paid into the Supreme Court the decision shall not be final as regards the right or title of the claimant or any other person whomsoever to be paid that amount or any part thereof. s 26 amd 2000 No. 1 s 86 sch 1 (sec.26-ssec.1) The Land Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters relating to compensation under this Act.
