### sec.22 Crown grant in satisfaction of compensation
Where the Crown is the constructing authority, and the claimant agrees, the Governor in Council may grant in fee simple or demise for any lesser estate or interest to the claimant, in satisfaction wholly or partly of the claim for compensation, any unallocated State land.
For the purposes of subsection (1) , the relevant Minister, other than the State Development Minister, may close a road that traverses or adjoins land owned by the claimant, and the Governor in Council may grant the land in the road to the claimant.
