1 The appellant, Dr Weinstein, is under investigation by the respondent ('the Board') under the . The Board determined to hold a formal hearing into Dr Weinstein's professional conduct, as a result of six notifications received by the Board from patients of Dr Weinstein in the period August 2000 - August 2005. As required by the Act, the Board appointed a panel to conduct the formal hearing.
