Judgment
- By amended summons filed 10 December 2019, Michael Sullivan seeks leave to appeal against his conviction in the Local Court on 26 July 2013 in respect of an offence of dishonestly causing a financial disadvantage by deception. By the same summons he seeks an order under s 69 of the Supreme Court Act 1970 (NSW) quashing a decision of the Local Court made on 7 December 2015, refusing an annulment application in relation to the 2013 conviction.
