THE CHIEF JUSTICE: Well, there will be an order that the time within which the applicant must have been in bona fide practice or employment as a solicitor, law clerk or legal officer in Queensland for a period of or periods aggregating at least nine calendar months as prescribed by rule 76 sub rule 2 be extended from 12 months to 36 months, that period to run from 15 June 2004, being the date of her unconditional admission.
