No. 46.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE WHEAT GROWERS RELIEF ACT 1936.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wheat Growers Relief Act 1936.\n\nDated this seventh day of April, 1936.\n\n(SGD.) These Regulations may be cited as the Wheat Growers Relief (Prescribed Authorities) Regulations 1936.\n\nAppointment of Prescribed Authorities.\n\n2. The following authorities shall be prescribed authorities for the purposes of the Wheat Growers Belief Act 1936:—\n\n| State.            | Prescribed Authority.                                                            |\n| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n| New South Wales   | Rural Bank of New South Wales.                                                   |\n| South Australia   | The Farmers Assistance Board constituted under the Farmers Assistance Act, 1933. |\n| Western Australia | The Commissioners of the Agricultural Bank of Western Australia.                 |\n| Tasmania          | The Director of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, Hobart.                  |\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on April, 1936.\n\nBy Authority: L.
