This Determination may be cited as 2010 WTBF TACC D1.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on 1 July 2010.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. A term used in this Determination takes the meaning given to it in the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005\n\n\\[Note: The following terms are defined in the Plan: ‘Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery’, ‘Quota Species’, ‘Total Allowable Commercial Catch’.\\]\n\n  \n\nDetermination of Total Allowable Commercial Catch\n\n4.
