Applied provisions\nSection 8\npage 4 Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (ACT)\nAct 2015\nEffective: 26/11/25\nR2\n26/11/25\nAuthorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at It affects manufacturers, suppliers and retailers who must register and label products, and benefits consumers through clearer efficiency information. The ACT replaces imprisonment penalties with fines and aligns administrative review processes, creating a seamless national market and bolstering water savings."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015","history":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015/history","analysis":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/water-efficiency-labelling-and-standards-act-act-2015/documents"}}
