With this repeal, those specific wartime restrictions no longer apply.\n\n**Why it matters:** During WWI, the government used the *War Precautions Act* to control prices and exports of many goods (including rabbit skins) to manage resources. This 1919 regulation removes those specific controls, likely because the war had ended and normal trade conditions were resuming. It’s a simple “clean-up” law that strikes outdated wartime red tape from the books."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal","history":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal/history","analysis":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/war-precautions-rabbit-skins-regulations-1917-repeal/documents"}}
