The Trial is intended to more effectively assist people with disabilities to participate in the community, both socially and economically. The trial commences on 31 July 2000.\n\n(3) A person, being a participant, or an intended participant, of the Assessment and Contestability Trial for People with Disabilities, will be provided financial assistance of $40 to assist with the expenses of partipication in the Trial.\n\n2.2 APPLICATION-EXEMPT LUMP SUMS\n\n(1) It is appropriate to determine that an amount, or class of amounts, paid to a person, on or after the commencement of this Determination, in accordance with the requirements of subclause 2.1(3) of this Determination, is an exempt lump sum for the purposes of paragraph 5H(12)(c) of the Act from the date that the amount is paid.","sortOrder":1}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1724},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The determination maintains its original narrow scope.
