Schedule\n\nThis Schedule repeals amending and repealing legislative instruments that also contain application, saving or transitional provisions. The amendments and repeals have happened, and the application, saving or transitional provisions are no longer required. The instruments do not contain any other substantive provisions.\n\nTo assist the reader, the location of each application, saving or transitional provision in an instrument is identified in brackets after its name, with “s” used to indicate the provision (e.g. “s. 4” may refer to section 4, regulation 4, clause 4 or the fourth provision of some other type as appropriate).\n\nThe repeal of an instrument by this Schedule does not affect any amendment or repeal made by the instrument: see paragraph 6(2)(a). Also, to ensure that the repeal of the application, saving or transitional provisions does not have any unforeseen effect, and to remove any doubt that may otherwise exist, any continuing operation they may have is preserved: see paragraph 6(2)(b).\n\n \n\n- Repeal of amending and repealing instruments containing other provisions\n- Item Instrument name and series number (if any) FRLI identifier\n- 1 Defence Service Homes Regulations (Amendment) (s. 2(2)), SR 1975 No. 90 [F1997B01873](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B01873 \"ComLaw\")\n- 2 Defence Service Homes Regulations (Amendment) (s. 4), SR 1980 No. 290 [F1997B01875](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B01875 \"ComLaw\")\n- 3 Instrument varying the Veterans’ Children Education Scheme under subsection 117(2) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 (s. 36), Instrument No. 7 of 1998 [F2005B01287](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2005B01287 \"ComLaw\")\n- 4 Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme (Scholarships) Instrument 2011 (s. 3), Instrument No. M54/2011 [F2011L02588](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L02588 \"ComLaw\")\n- 5 MRCA Private Patient Principles 2004 (Removal of Arrangements for Local Medical Officers) Instrument 2007 (s. 4), Instrument No. M7/2007 [F2007L01227](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2007L01227 \"ComLaw\")\n- 6 MRCA Treatment Principles (Allied Mental Health Care Providers) Instrument 2011 (s. 3), Instrument No. M12/2011 [F2011L00436](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L00436 \"ComLaw\")\n- 7 MRCA Treatment Principles (Claims/Dental/Fees) Instrument 2010 (s. 3 and 4), Instrument No. M8/2010 [F2010L02629](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2010L02629 \"ComLaw\")\n- 8 MRCA Treatment Principles (Coordinated Veterans’ Care Program) Determination 2011 (s. 3), Instrument No. M1/2011 [F2011L00528](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L00528 \"ComLaw\")\n- 9 MRCA Treatment Principles (Minor & Technical Variations) Determination 2011 (s. 3), Instrument No. M33/2011 [F2011L01796](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L01796 \"ComLaw\")\n- 10 MRCA Treatment Principles (Miscellaneous Amendments) Instrument 2013 (s. 3 and 4) [F2013L01060](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2013L01060 \"ComLaw\")\n- 11 MRCA Treatment Principles (Providers/ACPMH Treatment/Incorporated Documents) Instrument 2008 (s. 5), Instrument No. M4/2008 [F2008L00554](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2008L00554 \"ComLaw\")\n- 12 MRCA Treatment Principles (Removal of Arrangements for Health Care Providers) Instrument 2007 (s. 4), Instrument No. M6/2007 [F2007L01225](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2007L01225 \"ComLaw\")\n- 13 Native Members of the Forces (Papua and New Guinea) Benefits Regulations (Amendment) (s. 6), SR 1964 No. 112 [F1997B02164](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02164 \"ComLaw\")\n- 14 Native Members of the Forces (Papua and New Guinea) Benefits Regulations (Amendment) (s. 2(2)‑(4) and 7), SR 1970 No. 62 [F1997B02165](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02165 \"ComLaw\")\n- 15 Native Members of the Forces (Papua and New Guinea) Benefits Regulations (Amendment) (s. 3(2)‑(6)), SR 1975 No. 98 [F1997B02166](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02166 \"ComLaw\")\n- 16 Papua New Guinea (Members of the Forces Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (s. 3), SR 1976 No. 209 [F1997B02167](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02167 \"ComLaw\")\n- 17 Papua New Guinea (Members of the Forces Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (s. 2), SR 1977 No. 166 [F1997B02168](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02168 \"ComLaw\")\n- 18 Papua New Guinea (Members of the Forces Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (s. 2), SR 1978 No. 56 [F1997B02169](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02169 \"ComLaw\")\n- 19 Papua New Guinea (Members of the Forces Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (s. 2), SR 1980 No. 325 [F1997B02170](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02170 \"ComLaw\")\n- 20 Papua New Guinea (Members of the Forces Benefits) Regulations (Amendment) (s. 5), SR 1983 No. 250 [F1997B02171](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F1997B02171 \"ComLaw\")\n- 21 Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (Updating of Incorporated Documents) Instrument No. 24/2000 (s. 14), Instrument No. 24/2000 [F2005B01364](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2005B01364 \"ComLaw\")\n- 22 Repatriation Private Patient Principles ((Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006 – Removal of Arrangements for Local Medical Officers) Instrument 2007 (s. 4), Instrument No. R9/2007 [F2007L01230](http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2007L01230 \"ComLaw\")\n- 23 Revocation of the Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans’ Pensions (made on 30 September 1997) (s.
