These Regulations may be cited as the University of Canberra (Cessation of Sponsorship) Regulations.\n\n\\[Note: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901 s. 48.\\]\n\n  \nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“the Act” means the University of Canberra Act 1989.\n\nRepeal of section 5 of the Act (Sponsorship of Monash University)\n\n3. Section 5 of the Act is repealed.\n\nNOTE\n\n1\\.
