This land had been held under complicated trust arrangements dating back to 1926.\n- **Cleans up the legal paperwork** by formally vesting this land in Wesley College's trustees \"in fee simple\"—meaning they own it outright, free of old restrictions.\n- **Adjusts Saint Paul's College boundaries** to reflect that they no longer own that parcel, and confirms they keep the rest of their land (about 15 acres) under the same trust rules from their 1924 agreement.\n- **Creates reciprocal rights of way** (access roads/paths):\n - Wesley College gets access across part of \"Western Avenue\" to reach their land.\n - Saint Paul's College gets access across Wesley College land and Western Avenue to reach Carillon Avenue.\n\n**Who it affects:**\n- The trustees and governing bodies of Saint Paul's College and Wesley College (both residential colleges within the University of Sydney).\n- Students, staff, and visitors who need to move between these colleges and surrounding roads.\n\n**Why it matters:**\nThis is essentially a boundary adjustment to fix a messy land situation between neighbouring colleges. It ensures both institutions have clear legal title to their land and guaranteed access routes. The Act preserves the historical trust structures that govern how each college operates while allowing practical land exchanges."},"flash_summary":{"complexity_score":4,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The Act narrowly reallocates title, confirms and carries forward existing indenture trusts for specified parcels, and establishes defined rights-of-way.
