1.8021/1.\nPurpose of the Planning Control Area\nThe purpose of amended PCA 164 is to facilitate development of the land for Railways and related\npublic purposes. The WAPC considers that the amended Planning Control Area is required to ensure\nthat no further development occurs on this land which might prejudice this purpose.\nDuration and Effects\nThe amended Planning Control Area has effect from the date of publication of this notice in the\nGovernment Gazette to 24 June 2027, or until revoked by the WAPC with the approval of the Minister.\nA person shall not commence and carry out development in a Planning Control Area without the prior\napproval of the WAPC. The penalty for failure to comply with this requirement is $200,000, and in the\ncase of a continuing offence, a further fine of $25,000 for each day during which the offence continues.\nCompensation is payable in respect of land injuriously affected by this declaration, and land so affected\nmay be acquired by the WAPC in the same circumstances and in the same manner as if the land had\nbeen reserved in the Metropolitan Region Scheme for a public purpose.\nDisplay Locations\n• Western Australian Planning Commission, 140 William Street, Perth\n• J S Battye Library, Level 3 Alexander Library Building, Perth Cultural Centre\n• Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale\n• City of Armadale\nDocuments can also be viewed online at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage’s website at\nhttps://www.dplh.wa.gov.au/planning-control-areas\nMs SAM BOUCHER, Secretary, Western Australian Planning Commission.\nRACING, GAMING AND LIQUOR\nRA401\nLIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988\nLIQUOR CONTROL (SECTION 31) NOTICE 2023\nIssued under the\nLiquor Control Act 1988 sections 31(4) and (7) and 60 by the Director of Liquor\nLicensing.\n1.
