JEFFERY\n\nGovernor-General\n\nBy His Excellency’s Command\n\nJUDITH TROETH\n\nParliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry\n\n1 Name of Regulations\n\nThese Regulations are the Tobacco Research and Development Corporation Repeal Regulations 2003.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThese Regulations commence on gazettal.\n\n3 Tobacco Research and Development Corporation Regulations — repeal\n\nStatutory Rules 1995 No. 85 is repealed.\n\n4 Final annual report of the Tobacco Research and Development Corporation\n\nDespite regulation 3, the Tobacco Research and Development Corporation:\n\n(a) continues in existence for the purpose of preparing and giving to the Minister, in accordance with section 9 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 and section 28 of the Primary Industries and Energy Research and Development Act 1989:\n\n(i) its annual report for the financial year ending on 30 June 2003; and\n\n(ii) its final annual report on completion of any further activities in the following financial year; and\n\n(b) ceases to exist after those reports are given.\n\nNote\n\n> Note: 1.
