Name of determination\n\nThis determination is the Telecommunications (Due Date for Annual Carrier Licence Charge) Determination No. 1 of 1999.\n\n2. Commencement\n\nThis determination commences on gazettal.\n\n3. Definitions\n\nIn this determination, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\nAct means the Telecommunications Act 1997.\n\nannual charge has the meaning given in subsection 73(1) of the Act.\n\nNote: The following expressions used in this determination are defined in the Act (see section 7):\n\n-   ACA.\n\n4.
