The change is made by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer under the Customs Act and affects importers of those pigments because the concession that determines duty treatment has been altered, so importers must update customs entries and may face changed duty outcomes or administrative adjustments."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033","history":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033/history","analysis":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-98a-tariff-concession-order-0614033/documents"}}
