The instrument replaces Tariff Concession Order 0608963 with Tariff Concession Order 0614765, moving the described goods (jigsaw puzzles) from tariff heading 9503.60.90 to 9503.00.50 and recording Schedule 4 item 50 as the applicable concession from 01.01.07 (see s.269SD(2) and Tables A–B). Mechanically, the goods are reclassified from tariff heading 9503.60.90 to 9503.00.50 and a Schedule 4 item (50) is recorded for the new order.
