It does two things:\n\n- **Revokes** an existing tariff concession (Order 0101553) that gave reduced import duties on small painted PVC figurines (like toys or collectibles, max 120mm tall). This revocation took effect from 1 January 2007.\n- **Replaces it** with a new tariff concession (Order 0614677) for the same goods, effective from the same date.\n\n**Who it affects:** Importers of small painted PVC figurines. The change updates which part of the customs tariff schedule applies to these goods when they enter Australia.\n\n**Why it matters:** This ensures the correct customs duty rate applies to these imports. The goods remain eligible for concessional (lower) duty treatment, but under a different legal instrument and tariff classification code (moving from 9503.90.99 to 9503.00.99)."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677","history":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677/history","analysis":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-697a-tariff-concession-order-0614677/documents"}}
