It moves the listed goods — \"voice mechanisms\" — from tariff classification `9503.90` to `9503.00.99` and records Schedule 4 item `50`.\n\n**Who it affects and why it matters:** Importers and traders of the listed goods must follow the new classification and Schedule 4 concession; the CEO's delegate implements the change, so businesses need to update classifications, paperwork and duty treatment from the stated date."},"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This is a routine administrative update to a specific tariff concession. It does two things:\n\n- **Revokes** an old tariff concession (TC 8804487) that gave reduced import duties on \"voice mechanisms\" (electronic or mechanical parts that produce sound, like those in toys) from 8 April 1988.\n- **Replaces it** with a new tariff concession (TC 0614713) effective from 1 January 2007.\n\n**Who it affects:**\n- **Importers** bringing voice mechanisms into Australia\n- **Manufacturers** who use these components in products like toys or electronics\n\n**Why it matters:**\nThe change updates which customs tariff classification applies to these goods (from 9503.90 to 9503.00.99) and which Schedule 4 item gives the duty concession (from 5031.12.06 to 50). This affects how much import duty businesses pay. The new order ensures the tariff concession system stays current with product classifications and trade practices."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713","history":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713/history","analysis":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-658a-tariff-concession-order-0614713/documents"}}
