Mechanically, importers and customs officers must use the new tariff code and Schedule 4 item; the delegate acted under s269SD(2) of the Customs Act 1901. The change alters which import transactions qualify under the Schedule 4 item and shifts compliance, recordkeeping and any tariff liability accordingly."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
