Mechanically it reclassifies the same described goods under a different tariff heading and attaches a different Schedule 4 item; the change is effective from 1 January 2007. It affects importers, manufacturers and customs officers because the applicable concession/item that determines tariff treatment and compliance obligations has changed. The decision was made by a delegate under s.269SD(2) of the Customs Act 1901 (instrument dated 20 June 2007)."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709","history":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709/history","analysis":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-hs2007-493a-tariff-concession-order-0614709/documents"}}
