It does two things:\n\n- **Revokes** an old tariff concession order (TC 8340362) from 1983 that gave customs duty concessions for jewellers' rawhide mallets\n- **Replaces it** with a new tariff concession order (TC 0614150) for the same goods, effective from 1 January 2007\n\n**Who it affects:** Importers of jewellers' rawhide mallets (classified under customs tariff code 4205.00.20).\n\n**Why it matters:** This changes which customs tariff exemption applies to these goods. The goods remain eligible for concessional (lower or zero) customs duty, but under a different legal instrument with updated classification codes. This is routine administrative maintenance of Australia's customs tariff system."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
