The customs classification for the goods is altered from 3808.10.90 to 3808.91.90 and the Schedule 4 item identifier listed in the table is replaced (Table A entry shown as '5031.12.06' → Table B entry '50'), with the new order taking effect from 01.01.2007. It moves the listed product — insecticides based on lambda‑cyhalothrin — from customs classification 3808.10.90 to 3808.91.90 and assigns a different Schedule 4 item. Mechanically, the change alters which tariff concession applies to those imports, so importers’ tariff treatment and compliance steps are affected; the decision is dated 20 June 2007 and taken by a delegate of the CEO."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
