Mechanically it raises the minimum capacity threshold for the specified outside‑building air‑conditioning condensers (tariff classification 8415.90.00) from 95 kW to 100 kW and records the goods as subject to Schedule 4 Item 50, with effect from 17 May 2007. Who is affected: importers of these condensers — the change alters which imports qualify for the Schedule 4 concession and therefore their tariff treatment; the decision is taken by a delegate of the CEO (Wendy Knowles)."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715","history":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715/history","analysis":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/tariff-concession-revocation-order-67-2008-tariff-concession-order-0813715/documents"}}
