The instrument revokes TCO No. 1111666 (Table A: goods classified at 7615.19.00 with Schedule 4 identifier shown as '5031.12.11') and replaces it with TCO No. 1202313 (Table B: goods described similarly but classified at 7615.10.00 and linked to Schedule 4 item '50'), effective 01.01.12. It reclassifies imported aluminium drink bottles (with or without an insulated pouch or carabiner) so a different Part III item of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 now applies. This matters to importers because the tariff concession that governs duty payable has been changed; the change was made by a delegate under s.269SD(2) of the Customs Act 1901."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
